Anti-church violence persists far above pre-pandemic levels, reports Family Research Council: The Lion …“Despite the religious freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, the Christian church in America is facing increased violence and hostility. The Family Research Council (FRC) found a disturbing increase of anti-church violence in the newest edition of its report, “Hostility against Churches in the United States.” The report compiled cases of vandalism, burglary, arson, bomb threats, and gun-related incidents from 2018 to 2024. Anti-church violence and crime has risen dramatically since the pandemic. In prior years, there were between 50 and 100 cases annually. But in 2022, that jumped to nearly 200, then to 485 in 2023 and 415 in 2024.”
