…just sharing what I’m seeing, hopefully it’s true…whatever the case, we know that there is a crime and homeless problem. Not only in DC, but in every major city across the US. It’s about time something is done about it.

It’s been said that there are tunnels under DC, and every major US city, and that they have been there for many, many years. To use the tunnels for emergency situations is understandable… using them for nefarious reasons shouldn’t be a thing – but it is.
