I woke up Saturday morning with these words on my brain, mumbling out loud as I was waking up. It’s probably what woke me up. It’s been happening for at least the past month.

I’ve got a couple of posts started with words that have been put on my brain, but have been put to the side because of recent events.

Martyrdom

Charlie Kirk was not just assassinated, he was martyred. The left/deep state has been cornered, is losing major ground and are doing everything they can to regain power. They thought that silencing Charlie would hurt the right.

Boy were they wrong…

Pick up the torch

What has happened is the complete opposite. Voices are getting stronger, bolder, louder. People are turning to Christ.

Celebration…fafo

People are literally partying and celebrating the assassination. People are also getting fired and their businesses are tanking. Those on the right are fed up, done with being called Nazis, fascists, racists, homophobes… notice the right is not rioting, looting, burning Tesla’s… Vigils are being held. People are getting fired.

There is absolutely no good reason to celebrate murder. Hitler? Maybe, but I’m sure some out there were still praying for his soul.

Everyone has the right to their opinion, but to celebrate the death of someone because he had a different opinion is disgusting and disturbing.

It’s not easy

We are living in some very dark times. Very dark. I’ve been warning that the spiritual warfare is real, for years. This is what we’re experiencing… It just got stepped up a notch. Where it goes from here, I don’t know, but it’s not going to get any easier.

There is a lot of misinformation out there, propaganda, if you will. The left is trying everything they can to put this on the right. I don’t think it’s going to work. We don’t have short memories, the internet is forever. Right? If you delete it, someone’s already saved it.

Monday morning I woke up with a heavy heart. I couldn’t shake it. I mentioned something to my son – he said he felt the same way. Felling like we’re about ready to cry and very tired, but yet, we can’t sleep.

We went about doing our day for a little bit – I got on Facebook and watched a video about spiritual warfare. It hit me…we’re feeling what’s going on, not only physically, but also spiritually. Sometimes we get caught up in what’s going on around us and forget that there’s also a spiritual battle going on.

I do believe we have reached a turning point, as I titled a different post shortly after Charlie was assassinated/martyred. No more is the right just going to sit idly by. We won’t take matters into our own hands, probably, but we won’t let the left point fingers at us and tell us we’re the problem. We won’t murder someone because they have a different opinion, but will stand up for what is right.
