John 3:16
(1599 Geneva Bible)
For God so loveth the world, that he hath given his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Christ Jesus didn’t die for one group of people…one race, or one nation. He died so that all who believe would be saved.
God chose Israel, the man, so that the Messiah would be born of pure blood. There was still mixed blood, Nephilim, walking the earth after the flood. The Messiah could only come through a pure bloodline.
Abraham was told that he would be the father of many nations. God promised Abraham that many nations would come from his seed.
Genesis 17: 4
(1599 Geneva Bible)
Behold, I make my covenant with thee, and thou shalt be a [a]father of many nations,
[a] Not only according to the flesh, but of a far greater multitude by faith,
Rom. 4:17.
(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations) even before God whom he believed,…
Zechariah 2: 11
(1599 Geneva Bible)
And many nations shall be joined to the Lord in that day, and shall be my people: and I will dwell in the midst of thee, and thou shalt know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto thee.
Christ didn’t die so one group of people could rule over everyone else one day. Our Creator is and will be the only ruler, with Christ at His side. With Christ, we are all equal.
Genesis 12:1-3
(1599 Geneva Bible)
1 Abram by God’s commandment goeth to Canaan.
3 Christ is promised.
1 For the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house unto the land that I will show thee.
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and will bless thee, and make thy name great, and thou shalt be a blessing.
3 I will also bless them that bless thee, and curse them that curse thee, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
These verses, above, have been taken out of context…most say this is about the nation of Israel as it exists today. Different versions do say different things, pertaining it to Israel, but it’s really about Abram, God’s blessing to him, and the promise of Christ. Through Christ we can be saved, through Christ, those who believe will be blessed, those who don’t will be cursed. It is Christ, that is central to everything…truth and life.
Coming from a certain blood line doesn’t make you better than others, Christ did away with all that.
Galatians 3:28-29
(King James Version)
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
Believers have been grafted in. We are looking forward to the day when we will be reunited with our Father, our Creator.
Every nation has the right to defend themselves. But is that what the nation Israel really doing? If that was the land that God had promised them, would they be destroying it? Would they be killing fellow Jews? As well as Christians?
He created us to be caretakers of the earth, not destroyers.
hope you have a great day!
thanks for stopping by!!
