How dangerous can a narcissist become?

They are silent killers, insidious and invisible, yet devastatingly destructive.

You can’t see the damage during your relationship. It’s like a poisonous gas, which cannot be seen.
It’s like carbon monoxide poisoning, it creeps in undetected, seeping into your psyche and corroding your sense of self.
You can’t see it, smell it, or pinpoint its presence, but its effects are palpable.
As the narcissistic abuse builds up, your nervous system becomes increasingly dysregulated, leaving you disoriented and bewildered.
They are masters of emotional manipulation, gaslighting, belittling, and eroding your confidence, making it difficult to discern reality from fiction.
And just like carbon monoxide, they can almost kill you-your spirit, your soul, and your very sense of identity before you even realize what’s happening!
