The Democrats are desperate for a win after their candidate they anointed for President got throttled last November.

So desperate in fact, that they are celebrating a victory by a Mayor elect who hates Jews, law enforcement, freedom and capitalism. The same freedom and capitalism that brought him to power.

And so desperate, they are celebrating an Attorney General elect that fantasized about killing a political opponent and then watching his children die as he killed them.

This is not normal. This is not sane. This has elements of a mental illness that is not only unchecked, but celebrated.

We all know something is terribly wrong in American politics today and we all have a front row seat to it.

We know it when we see it, yet it continues. No one is making an effort to stop it and everyone seems powerless to stop it.

It has in large part become normalized, especially on one side of the political spectrum.

A sickness has invaded American politics. It has filtered into our culture, science and biology.

This sickness has entered the nature of our relationship with friends.

This sickness has entered the nature of our relationship with family.

I could sugar coat it, say its just a passing thing and say, just ignore it because it will pass like everything else does.

But then I would be contributing to the sickness and reveal my submissive attitude towards it.

No, I will continue to look it in the eye and call it for what it is.

A political sickness has entered our lives, then it morphed into our culture and relationships and in one way or another, we have all been affected by it.

I wish I had a take on this that was encouraging and gave hope, but I don’t.

Too many people we have elected have given themselves over to contempt, hate, intolerance and disdain for anyone that thinks different from them, even those in their own party who dare to disagree.

They’ve been run out of the party and those that are still hanging on will be run out soon.

And all that will be left are the people that put us in this plight we are in.

The only thing we can hope and pray for is that Democrats never get in power again – in whatever “name” they have taken on – Socialist, Communist, utopia…the US cannot be a communist country.

Time to scrap the filibuster: American Thinker …“President Trump is in a bind right now. Voters are going Democrat in no small part because Democrats have shut down the government, not even allowing continuing resolutions to ensure that welfare recipients on SNAP benefits get their payment cards filled. To them, free health care for illegal aliens is more important. Now the airports are shutting down, and flights are being delayed. Many voters are blaming President Trump again for assorted small plane crashes around the country as well as monster delays at airports. The phony claims of Democrats stoke those fears. The military has no money to pay troops and local news reports say that military families are lining up at food banks. While the fault here is the Democrats, Trump is taking the fire. So not surprisingly, he’s changing tactics in the face of this wall of obstruction, asking GOP Senators to scrap the filibuster, to lower the threshold for passage of some kind of budgetary bill to keep the government running.”…the filibuster needs to be scrapped, or nothing will get down. Don’t get me wrong, this shutdown has “exposed” so much fraud and just how much power the federal government has, but if the filibuster isn’t scrapped – the next three years will be all for naught – and for whatever reason, the Republicans will get the blame.
