Pat Buchanan was right, and tried to warn us …and it’s happening again
~ Redacted ~

…a 16 minute video

“Long before all of this modern day canceling all of this de-platforming……, there was a man who showed us exactly how this movie would play out — That man is Patrick J. Buchanan, who turned 87 years old this weekend. As Mark Levin just pointed out… they got him canceled. He was the original America First conservative — and really the first modern one they canceled. So we thought it would be instructive to look at an America First patriot in the vein of George Washington. Because Buchanan refused to bow down to the globalist agenda. He refused to bow down to foreign lobbies. He is tough and he made America first the cornerstone of his mission when he ran for president and was canceled by the establishment RINOs in DC.” (Redacted)

No matter who Americans vote for as President they always end up with Benjamin Netanyahu – I don’t know if we’ll ever be able to truly be “America First”.

Patrick Joseph Buchanan (/bjuːˈkænən/ bew-KAN-ən; born November 2, 1938) is an American author, political commentator, and politician. He was an assistant and special consultant to U.S. presidents Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, and Ronald Reagan. He is an influential figure in the modern paleoconservative movement in the United States. In 1992 and 1996, Buchanan sought the Republican presidential nomination. In 1992, he ran against incumbent president George H. W. Bush, in 1996, he ran against eventual Republican nominee Bob Dole, but withdrew after getting only 21 percent of Republican primary votes.” (wikipedia)

Government Shutdown Clock – The White House
…Day 42 – and counting ~ this will be a new part of my posts until the gov opens back up…
Who Cares About the Shutdown?: American Thinker …“CNN had a list of horrible things that were happening on Day 35 of the “shutdown,” but now it looks like we’re on the path to “reopening” the government. Breathe a big sigh of relief, right? Republicans rightly stood their ground, and Democrats caved. I didn’t expect that, but kudos to the Republicans for finally showing some backbone. With reference to some points brought up by the CNN article (they thought of a lot more than I could, frankly), what pain did we actually feel?” …some government workers weren’t paid, some national parks were closed, SNAP benefits were delayed or cut back (food stamps should honestly be a states issue thing), Flu, Covid-19 and RSV data aren’t being updated, Obamacare premiums will go “way up”, mortgage delays, No new SBA loans for small businesses …and more …“Since “government shutdowns” seem to happen all the time these days, perhaps the real question to ask is what steps do we need to take so we don’t care anymore?” …I honestly don’t really care – it honestly just shows two things: the federal government is way too big and most of don’t really need the federal government
