So it wasn’t a ruling on the merits of the case, and it was dismissed without prejudice, so it could potentially be filed again, although there’s a potential question about the statute of limitations. The Justice Department (DOJ) has already indicated that it would appeal that decision. So I don’t think Comey should be taking that victory lap just yet, because it surely sounds like more is coming.
