Humbug Day, Don’t Make Your Bed Day

photo of the day

It was God, my Creator
I didn’t make it through that storm on my own.
I didn’t hold it all together because I had strength.
I held on because He was holding me.
When I look back at the things that should have broken me
the losses, the heartbreak, the seasons I barely survived
I know it was God’s grace that carried me.
I didn’t have peace because life was easy.
I had peace because He never left me.
Thank You, Lord, for covering me in the unseen.
You are the reason I’m still standing.
You are the reason I’m still breathing.

*photo is mine

hope you have a great day!
thanks for stopping by!!

Public safety concerns lead to cancellation of major New Year’s Eve events: Fox News …“As people around the world look forward to ringing in 2026, some major cities have already called off celebrations or special events. Paris, for example, has called off its famous New Year’s Eve live concert on the Champs-Élysées. …”The cancellations come as the FBI busted a New Year’s Eve bombing plot in Los Angeles earlier this week, arresting four alleged gang members. The plot allegedly included a plan for coordinated bombing attacks using improvised explosive devices, meant to target five separate locations across the city, the FBI told Fox News Digital.” Tokyo, Belgrade in Serbia, also cancelled New Year’s celebrations, according to the article – but New York City is still ago
