LOVE IS WHAT WE ARE BORN WITH. FEAR IS WHAT WE LEARN.
THE SPIRITUAL JOURNEY IS THE UNLEARNING OF FEAR
AND PREJUDICES AND THE ACCEPTANCE OF LOVE BACK IN OUR HEARTS. LOVE IS THE ESSENTIAL REALITY AND OUR PURPOSE ON EARTH.

The politicization of the Nativity is just plain insulting: American Thinker …“In Denham, a suburb of Boston, St. Susanna Catholic Church displayed a nativity without the Holy Family. The crib was empty. There was a sign, however, that read: ICE was here. Meanwhile, in the Oak Lawn neighborhood of Dallas, a Methodist church placed Mary and Joseph in what is supposed to be an immigration detention center. They are trapped inside a metal cage with razor wire at the top. Here is what’s wrong. When churches coopt ‘The Nativity,’ or any of their other sacred images for political purposes rather than for the purposes of proclaiming its message and/or, as in canonical norms, the devotion of God’s people, it’s as if the church is p***ing on its own sacred images. It makes them irreverent.”
