If mosquitoes went extinct, birds and bats would starve.
If roaches went extinct, the nitrogen cycle would be disrupted.
If wasps went extinct, some plants would go extinct too.
We may not like “pests”, but they have a purpose.

*photo is mine…I found this little guy dead in my sink, at least I think he was dead. The only thing I can think is that he came in on the firewood. Since he was presumed dead, I tossed him into my garden. If he was still alive, he would hopefully find his way under the leaves and other garden debris.
