Two tongues with cunning mind and no heart.
Spreading sweet venom like sugar you crave from the start,
till the day you discover, when sickness won’t part,
that sweetness was poison, causing diabetes to tear you apart.

Trust has been stolen from trust, even truth wears a lie.
This is the world we live in, where smiles hide the knife.

They stab from behind, while acting so nice,
and pay us with venom as a gift in return, when we’ve given them sugar-twice.
