I tried the old Japanese method of decluttering
where you hold every object you own
and if it does not bring you joy, you throw it away.
So far, I have thrown out all of the vegetables, my bra,
the electric bill, the scale, a mirror, and my treadmill.

hope you have a great day!
thanks for stopping by!!

I have been doing something similar. I had an obsession with tools. I had tools in the garage, in the basement in my shed. So as soon as the weather started to moderate, I brought everything into the basement for sorting …. keep, pitch, sell or give away. The questions I’ve been asking myself are similar ….. not does it bring me joy, but more along the lines of “when was the last frigging time you used THAT?” The answers have always been crystal clear
