The narcissists new supply

You probably want to hate the new supply, I get it. Been there. The problem is, chances are …they are probably a decent person. Remember you were the new supply at one point, right? If you truly dated a narcissist, you’re probably a really good person. Open, honest, accountable and probably Independent. You also probably feel the urge to warn the new supply. You probably want to scream from the rooftop as well. The truth is you need to let that sh!t go! It won’t make a difference.

Think about it …remember your love bombing stage? If someone would have come to you and told you that you were dating a narcissist …would you have believed them? Probably no. Move on

Don’t look back you are not going that way.

Focus on you and your recovery. When it comes to the new supply just know that they haven’t gotten a better version of your narcissist.
