Where are the protests and outrage about this California ‘prove you’re gay’ law?: American Thinker …“This is not satire. The brilliant Democrat politicians in California have figured out that when you set aside money for gay-run companies to get taxpayer money, some companies may pretend that they are gay-owned to get the money. Who could have forecasted that would happen? Therefore, they created a law to pretend they could prevent fraud:
California’s Insane ‘Prove You’re Gay’ Law: California is asking some people to prove that they’re gay so their companies can qualify for certain government contracts. … The state has a checklist to make sure recipients of gay set-asides are gay enough…
It would be nice if these genius politicians in California and elsewhere also recognized how easy it is to game the system. The media and other Democrats continually tell us that it oppresses minorities to make them show a photo ID and/or proof of citizenship to vote. They call such voter verifications “racist” and any voter integrity bill they falsely label as a “Jim Crow” law. They also say there is no election fraud, unless Republicans win. Sadly, politicians in California and other states show little interest in cutting off the spigot from fraud.”
