Narcissists don’t take accountability because they have to protect their false image and fragile ego.

You can’t communicate with narcissists because they don’t care about your feelings and boundaries. Narcissists will keep crossing boundaries to test your patience, to provoke you, and to gain information about you. Narcissists don’t care about truth, logic, or facts. Narcissists believe they are entitled to get anything they want and do anything they need. Narcissists believe everything should happen according to them, or else get ready to face consequences. Narcissists understand what you want and what hurts you, but they don’t care. You can only leave narcissists. Leaving narcissists is the only way to protect yourself.
